Located in a prime spot in Aachen, Hotel Benelux is an excellent choice for business travelers. the friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable from the moment I checked in until I left. being close to both the Christmas market and a regular market added to the hotel's charm.

Everything was very good, fantastic hotel, the location was incredible not far from the main railway station and the Aachen Cathedral, one of the greatest monuments in medieval history. I thoroughly enjoyed that the room was well-kept and good sized with a larger bed.

It was ok. Nice green bathroom and a small single room with free internet hot spot good working (also you have in the lobby a computer). Breakfast was ok with coffee, fruits and yogurt and cheese, eggs and ham.i have nothing to complain. I obtained the room before 14:00.
The bed is soft and not so long if you have 1, 90 or 2 m .

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and main attractions. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly squeezed orange juice.
Although the facilities were well-maintained, the building showed its age. The shower was a bit small, but it wasn't a major issue.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.
There was no air conditioning in the hotel. The staff did find a fan for us, but we had to have the windows open and the street was quite noisy. If you are traveling during cooler seasons it would be fine, but it is very warm on the 3rd floor in August!

This hotel truly impressed me with its attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. The rooms were well-appointed, and I especially appreciated the larger bed and extremely clean ensuite bathroom. The location of the hotel in the city centre was perfect, making it easy to explore all that Aachen has to offer. And of course, the breakfast was a highlight, with freshly made scrambled eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice.
All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

Good location close to the shops and Christmas markets. Secure car park across the road with easy access for bags of shopping etc. friendly staff. Good size room with a decent shower. Breakfast included in the price. Perfect hotel for our needs.
Hotel looked abit tired and the rooms were abit drab with dated bathrooms but I think the hotel represents value for money. There was no kettle in the room, not a major problem if you bring your own. The breakfast buffet would be slightly limited for a longer stay but fine for a couple of nights.

This hotel offers great value for the money. The rooms, although on the smaller side, are extremely clean with lovely ensuite bathrooms. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The location is perfect, right in the city center within walking distance to all the main attractions. The breakfast is delicious, with freshly made scrambled eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice.
All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Close to the city center and christmas market,
The room was not worth the amount charged. When the advert says small room, it is not kidding.
